About me

Hi and welcome to my first blog. I have dedicated this blog to my passion – carpentry.

I work as a warehouse clerk for two years now, ever since I finished high school. I never had any tendencies to go to college, so I ended up working at the local store. It a good job actually. The toughest jobs are working with people; this one is not like that. I mean, it’s a bit boring, but I turn my music and do my job. On the plus side, it gives me enough of free time, so I can dedicate to my hobby.

My real love is for carpentry and that is what I would like to do in my future – to make furniture. One has a lot of opportunities to be creative in this field and it is quite easy with the proper tools. The one I like to use most often is brad nailer.

I like to design coffee tables and garden furniture.

First I started working with pallets creating my first coffee table. They are easy to acquire and most grateful to work with. There are numerous ways in which you can use them! Besides simple tables, I designed some simple shelves for plants, as well as garden chairs. They look great in our garden!

After I started making furniture for my own needs, I had all the neighborhood asking me to make them this or that! So I came to the conclusion that this is not only quite a profitable line of work, but interesting and creative as well.

Apart from woodwork, I love sports, especially tennis and athletics, which I myself practice whenever I have a chance. There’s a great local tennis court where I met some beautiful people and still hang out with them on regular basis. My girlfriend, Jane, also enjoys tennis and we often compete with each other who is a better tennis player J

But, enough about me at this point. There’ll be plenty of opportunities to learn more in time.
